In this role, one is expected to :

• Welcome, receive and seat guests in the restaurant, in a manner consistent with restaurant standards
• Keep service stations clean and in good condition
• Practice good guest relations and services through knowledge of establishment, accident prevention, etc.
• Adhere to house rules and regulations on all principles of food hygiene, safety and accident prevention, etc.

Experience is not required, but good knowledge of English is essential.

• Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
• Able to anticipate needs of customers and take initiative
• Proactive and hard-working;
• Willing to work under pressure, long term and hard-working
• Ready and flexible to work at all required time and in occasional mission;
• Careful and pay attention to details;
