Kundalini yoga is a traditional spiritual yoga discipline from India combining meditation, chanting mantras, physical exercises (asana), mudras and breathing techniques (pranayama). It is a body, mind and spiritual yoga practice that it is for everybody and is open to all levels. Kundalini Yoga works on body, mind and spirit to improve the breath, strengthening the nervous system and easing stress in the body.
Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", it aims to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.
