Chairmans Message

NOW is the right time forinvesting in Cambodia. Within the past decade Cambodia has enjoyed a post war boom, with companies from all- over the world enjoying a warm investment climate, stable politics and a tourism construction boom.

Cambodia has a government, which is highly investor friendly. It needs foreign currency to sustain it. It has been politically and is economically stable since the last upheaval in 1997 and is positioned in a region close to china between Thailand and Vietnam, which is perfect for doing business in Asia. The open skies policy means that Phnom Penh receives daily flights from Japan, South Korea and China among other countries.

As a businessman with roots in Cambodia and having witnessed the rapid development, I have no reservations in recommending Cambodia as the new hub of regional business.

In 2010, we combined our resources with two other leading Cambodian businesses and formed Vestal Holdings. This union brings together a wealth of experience in senior management as well as our combined manpower of specialist in logistics, tourism, agriculture, real estate, construction and investment.

We have built up a support team collectively over the years,which play a vital part in ourcompany success. We firmly believe that without them and their efforts we would not be where we are today.

Our client base as well over the years has steadily grown. More and more companies putting their trust in us. We could not have grown without their support.

Tourism, construction and agriculture are rapidly overtaking garments as the main industries and the government has made a concerted effort to expand secondary industries. There is a fledgling ground floor opportunity according to many investment advisors, in a market which is significantly more cost effective that its neighbors.
