Our well-known chef has over 17 years of culinary experience. Passionate about cooking, she brings her creative inspirations to your table. Authentic Khmer fare with a contemporary twist is her specialty, but she has a knack for bringing out the best in every cuisine.

Our restaurant staff are previous graduates from Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) — "For a Child's Smile." This international non-governmental organization has been lifting children out of poverty and impoverished living conditions since 1995. Rescued from the abysmal conditions at the city garbage dump, these children were able to acquire the skills and education to secure a more prosperous future for themselves and their family.
